What we collect

When you submit the form to book a call, we collect the details you enter and the time you sent them:

• •Name, so we know who we are speaking with.
• •Email and phone, so we can contact you to set up the call.
• •The services you selected and any optional note you added, so we can prepare for a useful conversation.
• •A timestamp of when you submitted, used to guard the form against automated abuse.

That is the whole list. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not build a profile of you across other sites.

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose: to contact you about matching you with a real estate virtual assistant. We do not sell, rent, or trade it, and we do not send marketing unrelated to your request.

How it is stored and transmitted

Your submission is transmitted over an encrypted connection. We send it to ourselves by email through Resend and store a copy in a Neon database, both reached over encrypted connections. Only the people who handle your request can see it.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as we need them to follow up on your request. If we do not end up working together, we remove your information within twelve months. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

To see what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email us at staffing@vasquads.com. We will confirm and act on your request promptly.
